　　南枝記新派港式餐廳，是專為粵菜喜好者打造的新興正港味餐廳品牌，致力于讓顧客即使不在香港，也能吃到純正的香港味道，也同樣能感受到另一種“港味”。本案顛覆了大眾對于港式餐廳的固有印象，在設計手法與材質選擇上力求克制，設計師運用現代建筑思維方式，從功能里的圓與方，延伸出有規律的形體來構筑空間的關系。

　　South Branch Sign, a new brand of authentic Hong Kong restaurant for Cantonese cuisine lovers. It committed to enabling customers to enjoy the taste of pure Hong Kong flavor even if they are not in Hong Kong. This case subverts the public's inherent impression of Hong Kong style restaurant, and strives for restraint in the design technique and material selection. The designer uses the modern architectural thinking mode to extend the regular form from the circle and square in the function to construct the relationship of space.

　　入口處服務臺充分利用原有建筑挑空結構，采用大膽而簡潔的處理手法，整體的白色墻體與切割的紅色亞克力凹凸面形成鮮明的對比，延伸至頂面的白色烤漆材質柜體，完美整合原始空間結構，兼顧實用與美學。

　　The entrance reception desk makes full use of the original building carry empty structure, and adopts bold and simple processing technique. The overall white wall is in stark contrast to the cut red acrylic concave convex surface. The white paint cabinet that extends to the top is perfectly integrated with the raw space structure, both practical and aesthetic.

　　作為連接餐廳內外的紐帶，將立柱周邊鑲嵌細致金屬，在嚴格校準線、面、體之余，實現粗獷與細膩的碰撞。而在這簡潔空間里的點睛之筆，就是造型夸張的金屬結構置物架，另類而流暢，細節之中營造出活潑、輕快的空間氛圍。

　　As a link connecting the inside and outside of the restaurant, the surrounding of the pillar is inlaid with fine metal. Besides strict alignment of lines, surfaces and bodies, the rough and delicate collision can be realized. In this simple space, the finishing touch is the hyperbole metal structure shelf, which looks alternative and smooth, creating a lively and light space atmosphere in the details.

　　燈光設計是本案的一大亮點，雙人餐區設計師為弱化區域結構與色彩，通過吊燈與壁燈的搭配使用，恰到好處地將虛實關系勾勒出來。跳躍的紅色結合異形的結構，形成了一個個動態的內飾，十分搶眼。而用品牌英文名制成的字母環形燈，造型別致且富有質感，明亮的光線傾灑于桌面，讓餐廳充滿愜意的同時，也在無形之中加深了顧客對于餐廳品牌的印象。

　　Lighting design is one of the highlights of this case. In order to weaken the regional structure and color of the double dining area, the designer uses the combination of chandelier and wall lamp to outline the relationship between the virtual and the real. The red and irregular structure of the jump forms a dynamic interior decoration, which is very eye-catching. And the letter ring lamp made with the brand English name is unique and rich in texture. The bright light is poured on the table, making the restaurant is full of satisfaction, and the impression of the restaurant brand is deepened in the invisible.

　　室內光線穿透格柵，在地面映下斑駁光影，強化了空間與空間之間的互動性與流動感，為人與空間關系的探索預留更多可能性。在靠近餐廳邊緣的一側，半封閉的格局簡潔明亮，給人以自然舒適之感。既能讓用餐的人在快節奏的生活中品味慢格調生活，又可以讓來往的行人看到餐廳內的環境，起到很好的宣傳效果。

　　The indoor light penetrates the grille, and the mottled light shadow is reflected on the ground, which strengthens the sense of interaction and flow between space and space, and reserves more possibilities for the exploration of the relationship between man and space. On the side near the edge of the restaurant, the semi-enclosed pattern is simple and bright, giving people a sense of natural comfort. It not only allows diners to enjoy the slow style of life in the fast-paced life, but also allows passers-by to see the environment in the restaurant, which has a good publicity effect.

　　為規避原始結構限制，呈現就餐環境的多樣體驗，設計師巧妙地運用了建筑手法，結合金屬與亞克力材料，將卡座區打造成一個半開放式的空間，通過調配紅色和白色之間的變換，流露出簡約而不乏張力的空間特性。

　　In order to avoid the restriction of the original structure and present the variety experience of the dining environment. The designer skillfully uses the architectural techniques and combines metal and acrylic materials to create a semi-open space in the four-seat area. By blending the transformation between red and white, the space characteristics of simple but not lack of tension are revealed.

　　椅子跳躍的紅，給人視覺上的動態感，而桌面澄澈的白，給人以內心深處的寧靜與平和。輔以頂部紅色照明工具，在極富開放性的結構中演繹場域與概念的對話。這種動靜結合的設計語言，把空間的多樣性詮釋得恰到好處，為顧客提供了一個俏皮活躍的用餐環境。

　　The red chairs give people a visual sense of motion. And the White tabletop gives people the inner peace and quiet. With the top red lighting tool, the dialogue between space and concept is performed in a very open structure. This dynamic and static design language interprets the diversity of the space perfectly and provides a playful and lively dining environment for the customers.

　　胡馬依北風，越鳥巢南枝。也許，南枝記帶來的港味，不僅僅是一貼安慰劑，也能給顧客優雅靜怡的休閑空間。雅座區延續了餐廳簡潔、自然、人性化的特點，在設計中優先考慮到了通透性，最大限度引入店外光線，同時也增進了空間與空間、人與空間之間的溝通。

　　The horses from the north will miss the north wind. Birds from the south will build their nests in the south branch. Perhaps, the Hong Kong flavor brought by South Branch Sign is not only a placebo, but also can give customers elegant and quiet leisure space. Comfortable seats area extends the simplicity, nature and humanization of the dining room. In the design, it gives priority to the permeability, maximizes the introduction of out of store light, and also improves the communication between space and space, between people and space.

　　簡潔的射燈為紅色墻面增添了幾分靈動與跳躍，不但成為活躍空間氣氛的亮點，而且避免了大面積鋪陳所帶來的壓抑感。同時，由于金屬面板能夠反光，一定程度上實現了空間的視覺擴容。

　　The simple reflector lamp adds a bit of inspiration and jumping to the red wall, not only becoming a bright spot in the active space atmosphere, but also avoiding the sense of repression brought about by the large area. At the same time, because the metal panel can reflect light, the visual expansion of space is realized to a certain extent.
