　　項(xiàng)目規(guī)模：約 13 萬㎡，其中廣場(chǎng)約占 3 萬㎡，山體公園約占 4.6 萬㎡，湖面約占 0.7 萬㎡;黃旗公園改造完成后能夠成為最具吸引力的城市公共開放空間，使此片區(qū)成為市民商業(yè)、休閑活動(dòng)的中心區(qū)域。結(jié)合場(chǎng)地自身綠色生態(tài)的自然條件，用一條生態(tài)綠鏈打開黃旗公園這個(gè)標(biāo)志性公共開放空間的新序幕，并根據(jù)場(chǎng)地周邊不同的用地性質(zhì)定位空間的功能，讓場(chǎng)地的功能不是單一，而是具有多維的特色。
