　　投資商為了給浦東境外人士有高層次的休閑娛樂空間并強調以家庭式服務，所以在設計上體現健康、溫馨、娛樂，在一二樓SPA空間里設計風格走的是東南亞風情，主材以原木、水刷石、卵石和色彩極溫暖的橘紅色硅土。在三四樓西餐、酒吧設計風格以西班牙式，維斯凱亞是西班牙北部的小城，毗鄰比斯開灣，以銀灘、牡蠣、湛藍的海水和綿延在半山腰的白房子著稱，因此業主希望在餐廳和酒吧能有另一風格！所以在建材上使用馬賽克和砂巖。

　　To provide high-grade leisure and pleasure places and family service to foreigners in Pudong, the design is focused on the theme of health, comfort and pleasure. The design of SPA space on the first and second floor is in Southeast Asian style. The main materials are primary wood, granite plasters, pebbles and orange silica dust with warm color. The design of western restaurant and bar on the third and fourth floor is in the Spanish style. Viskate, a small city in North Spain neighboring the Bay of Biscay, is famous for white beach, oyster, blue sea and white houses halfway up the mountains. The owner wants to have another style for the restaurant and bar， so mosaic and sandstones are used.
